When Nothing Works

Have you ever had one of those days, or weeks, where your little one if off and nothing-I mean nothing-helps him/her?  I've tried all of the usual sensory stuff-deep pressure, brushing, spinning-and nothing seems to help him.  He is very sensitive right now to just about everything.  He gagged when I gave him M& Ms the other day.  He's never done that before.  His behavior has also been erratic and extremely unpredictable.  I love my little guy dearly and I just want to give him what he needs so he can be peaceful again.  He is so agitated and his little body seems like it just can't settle down.  We see our OT in two days, thankfully.  I will be checking with her to see if there is anything else we can do to help.  In the mean time, I will keep trying what I know to do.
